Provan Hall

Provan Hall is an A listed medieval building in the heart of Easterhouse. Dating back to the 1470s, it is one of Glasgow's oldest houses. Provan Hall was originally built as a hunting lodge for the bishops of Glasgow and is believed by some to date back even further than the Provand's Lordship built in 1471. King James IV would visit with his friend Bishop Robert Blackadder (later Archbishop) to hunt on the grounds. Provan Hall was home to many powerful figures over the years and entertained visitors such as Mary Queen of Scots and her father King James V. Provan Hall survived through many violent times such as the civil war and reformation, so it is likely that small skirmishes may have happened around Provan Hall.
Conclusion of Investigation
Provan Hall has certainly lived up to its name of being a mystery. While some rooms had constant activity, others felt slow at times. We had good results from EMF meters with direct questions, and many people had personal experiences.
Our night vision camera picked up two anomalies, and a guest recorded a possible disembodied voice - something Provan Hall is famous for.
We had set up a locked off camera filming a trigger object experiment. Prior to setting up the experiment the camera and torches were fully charged and had fresh batteries however around 1 hour 18 mins all batteries had drained including the back-up battery pack that was attached to the camera.
Provan Hall has given us a treasure trove of ideas to try on our return.

Possible disembodied voice.
A clip sent in by one of our guests that attended the Provan Hall investigation. The group is using a Hexcom device in an attempt to communicate with any spirits present. The group asks if the spirits name is "Larry" and gets a clear "NO" in response.
